§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The prices shown include VAT and any other price components. Shipping costs are added as applicable.

(2) The consumer has the option to pay via prepayment or PayPal.

(3) If the consumer chooses prepayment, they are obligated to pay the purchase price immediately after the contract is concluded.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all offered items are ready for shipment. Delivery occurs within 5-7 business days.

(2) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until the full purchase price is paid.

§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the consumer or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

Unregistered returns cannot be processed and matched by the shipping center and are therefore non-refundable. The cost of the return label is the customer's responsibility and will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
